Happy New Year #2019

Happy New Year and welcome to Girlily. It gives me great joy to start the new year sharing my labor of love with you all. Year in year out I’d celebrate my growth by counting physical accomplishments from the previous year: promotions, graduation, film productions, and the likes. This year I’m grateful for something different- the gift of family, the support of friends and the unprecedented reckless love of God.

2018 was tough but oddly enough, I’m extremely grateful that those tough experiences forced me to find myself, reexamine my purpose and discover my peace with God. Is it too early to say 2019 is going to be amazeballs because I swear I feel it already!

As you celebrate the new year, take a moment to evaluate your experiences from 2018. Pen down the highs and lows, then, create a resolution for 2019 (with monthly targets) using the key points from your reflection.
